Calder Clutch began as VEE Engineering in 1972 and was set up in the back room of Station Garage. It has been at its current location in Mill Lane, Brighouse, for almost 50 years. 

Mark Rowley, the owner, took the job as ‘Saturday boy’ in 1985 and when he left school in 1988 his position became full-time. Mark has worked in the business since that time and was delighted to take ownership in 2018.

The business began as a small clutch reconditioner in the 1990s and is now the largest in the UK, selling clutch kits throughout Europe. We take great pride in the quality of our workmanship and our clutch specialists have over 30 years of experience in all types of clutch reconditioning, from early spring and lever clutches, to self-adjusting clutch kits.

We sell new OE clutch kits/DSG clutch kits and dual mass flywheels – all at very competitive prices.
